At KSP our athletes are more than just clients. We believe that building a strong relationship with our athletes is the first step to the growth of the athlete as well as our staff. For us, our athletes are the number one priority and we will do everything we can to see you succeed.

What We Do

We provide sport specific, research-based strength, speed, and agility training to individual athletes and teams aged 10+. We focus on maximizing the athletes’ athletic potential while reducing the risk of injury with sport specific movement, quality coaching, and by closely monitoring our athletes with Force Plate technology.
